Rick Silverman, P.A.

Rick Silverman received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Florida in1985, and was admitted to the Florida Bar after earning his Juris Doctor Degree (JD) from the University of Miami in 1988. After briefly working for the Office of the State Attorney in Miami-Dade County, Rick decided to practice in the area of Criminal Defense. During his career, he has represented people in tens of thousands of traffic related cases in 17 different Florida counties. Rick has lectured to other lawyers on how to defend D.U.I. and other traffic matters. A former chairman of the Florida Bar’s Traffic Court Rules Committee, he has helped write traffic court rules which have been adopted by the Supreme Court of Florida and used in courts today.
